The executable /usr/bin/synergys could not be successfully started, although it does exist. Please check if you have sufficient permissions to run this program. However, I can infer from the post that there might be an issue with permissions somewhere, make sure you are running both the server and client with the most elevated credentials. Michal Posted June 9, 2017 Share Posted June 9, 2017 Hi. I had exactly the same problem. After some digging I found, that I updated OpenSSL via Ubuntu update. So I removed Synergy, removed OpenSSL and reinstall OpenSSL and Synergy 1.8.8 from downloaded package and Synergy is running again:) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
