Change DIsplay Name on the forum

It seems I am not allowed to change my Display name on this forum. Is it possible?

Hey, try clicking your name on the upper right then go to account settings. Then you should see a button on the far left side for Display Name.

When I click on Edit profile I receive this error:

The page you are trying to access is not available for your account

Nope, same error..
