Alexander Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Updated synergy to the version 1.7.2. During installation I was unable to login with my pro account. After installation ran wizard from menu and have the same story. On Windows error message says: [quote]An error occurred while trying to sign in. Please contact the helpdesk, and provide the following details. Code: 1 Error: FATAL: An error occurred: Unknown error, code 12037[/quote] On OS X: [quote]An error occurred while trying to sign in. Please contact the helpdesk, and provide the following details. Code: 1 Error: ERROR: curl perform error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates FATAL: An error occurred: CURL perform failed.[/quote] I was using the same credentials that I use here. Where can I look for logs?
Alexander Posted May 11, 2015 Author Posted May 11, 2015 Tried again today and problem seems to be gone. Probably it was just unresponsive server.
