Mouse can not move over some applications

Hi i had Centos server to windows client. copy past was working fine. and no other problems only sync hostkeys didnt work. now i have Debian server --> windows client --> Centos Client. copy past still not working, hotkeys not working and another strange issue, is that when i move the mouse on some application i can not it is simply stop on the application edges. for example kaspersky 10 Endpoint security for windows. anyone has the same issues
