But for some reason, I'm not able to drag and move files between 2 computers now (I haven't used Synergy for about 1.5 years). On top of that, I thought support was included, but when I log in and go to the help page it asks me if I want to buy support for $19. Has anyone seen this? Am I doing something wrong?
