Fusion 360 mouse button issues

I'm starting to work with a CAD program called Fusion 360 and I'm finding that the middle mouse button is not registering correctly when shared over Synergy. Other programs seem fine when shared (like Sketchup). The middle button appears to show up as a right button. There may be other issues as well since there are some special features using modifier keys.
