Brian S.
Sometimes there are language compatibility issues with the keyboard hardware. What is your make/model of keyboard, or if it is a laptop the model of laptop? What does it mean that a layout is "RU/EN"? There are language settings for each computer in the OS and also in Synergy, we might need to find out each setting to solve this. - Brian

Brian S.
On a Mac, the language setting should be in "Synergy" -> "Preferences"... do you see a language setting there? There are many models of MacBook Pro, we'd need to know more than that (the specific model). https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201300 Could you tell us the model of the Mac wireless keyboard? Is there any info printed on the bottom side?
