OS X Console "SecurityAgent: Ignoring user action since..."

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post this. I'm using a Macbook pro running OS X 10.11.2 and Synergy 1.7.5, the mac is a client connected to a windows server running windows 10 version 1511 build 10586.36. I am trying to use a certificate to log in to a website, when I am prompted to allow access via keychain the dialog box will only accept 'deny', never allow or always allow. In the console I see the message "SecurityAgent: Ignoring user action since the dialog has received events from an untrusted source". If I stop Synergy and use the built in mouse I can select allow and it works fine. Through searching I found a recommendation to add Synergy to the 'Accessibility' section under Security & Privacy, even with it added there I am getting the error and cannot proceed using the cert.
