Synergy 2.0.9 seemed to connect seamlessly when I brought my Windows 10 laptop back up from sleep when I came into work. With 2.0.10, I often have to slap it around a bit to get the laptop and Ubuntu desktop to start communicating so I can use the desktop keyboard/mouse on the laptop. (Where "slap it around a bit" == "load up taskmanager as Administrator and kill the Synergy process and let them restart themselves.) Once they start talking, it works fine the rest of the day.
