  1. It'd be really handy to see what's been updated between 2.0, 2.0.1 and 2.0.2

  2. yeah. I complained about documentation, and lack of advanced config options also.

  3. I purchased the pro version yesterday and have found support to be responsive to my issues. I'm waiting on a build to address issues. It's been reported as underway. I've not downgraded to 1.8 yet, though it's a possibility.

  4. @KringleKrebs I think where we've got a different perspective is this: This is a commercial product, not an open source project. Of course there will always be edge cases where things don't go smoothly, especially for a product where you've got so many potential configuration differences -- different hardware, operating systems, network setup, etc. But that's not the issue here. The issue with v2 is they made a major change to how it operates and that change introduced problems for a LOT of users. I don't think a customer typically expects that they should have to involve themselves in debuggi

  5. @KringleKrebs -- We get it. You love Synergy. v2 works great for you. They can do no wrong. Enough already. They released an update that is causing issues for a ton of people and they're not doing squat to address it. They continue to sell a product that they know is problematic for people without at least posting some kind of "You may run into the following..." notice. If someone is looking at this thread it's undoubtedly because they've already spent a bunch of their time trying to get it to work and Google'd their way here trying to find a solution since none is forthcoming from Symless. 6. 1) I learned a handy tip from the forum the other day. Your scroll lock key will prevent your mouse travelling outside the current screen so in a way this 'stops' sharing if you need to be able to exclusively use one monitor for some reason (games was the need iirc). 2) I am assuming "Share from x" refers to the machine keyboard and mouse you want to be able to use on other machines. For example: If I want to use the keyboard and mouse from my workstation x on my server y in the Synergy window I would right click on x and click "Share from x" which would make the keyboard and mouse able t

  7. Thanks for your reply. This topic was hoping you Symless could do something, and for other Chinese, noticing them that connection problem is nothing wrong with Symless. Now I know you can do little on GFW thing. Just leave it as it is, and hope GFW would know blocking the wrong site some day. GFW is not your fault, and I will not asking for refund. I donated to Synergy serveral years ago even when it was free, and your great work is really worth it. Keep it up.

  8. Working on a windows version Here's a mac script - save it as UninstallSynergy2.sh, and open terminal - chmod 755 it, ( use at your own risk ) and run "sudo .\UninstallSynergy2.sh"

  9. Rename feature coming soon. I also like the hover idea. Edit: We'll also potentially be adding OS icons too.
