  1. Hi @SynergyFan. What you can do is to set an interface where your computer will be looking for or will be listening to for the other computer's request to connect. Do this on both of your machines. On Synergy's user interface, click Edit Click Settings Use the IP address of that machine where you want it to listen or look for the other machine, type it in the box next to Interface Click OK Click Apply or Start This is for running Synergy as elevated or running as an administrator.   2. Negative, there was not existing version installed. Problem was solved by installing missing rpms: avahi-compat-libdns_sd-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm avahi-compat-libdns_sd-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.i686.rpm avahi-compat-libdns_sd-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm avahi-devel-0.6.31-17.el7.x86_64.rpm
