RC3 - Problems with multiple monitors on client computer

I have two monitors on the client computer. They are connected via displayport, and the second is actually connected through a downstream port on the first. The problem I have is after waking the laptop up and getting it connected to the monitors my mouse goes from the host computer to the first monitor on the client fine, but can't reach the second. Prior to updating to RC3 last Friday I could get around this by merely starting Synergy and then everything is fine. But now I can't get to that second monitor at all. Are there any settings that are specific to working with multiple monitors?
