Problem Changing the Client's Keyboard Language in Windows 11

My main machine runs macOS, while my client is Windows 11. I use Synergy 3 RC2.
I tried changing the language by pressing the "Caps lock" key, but when I moved the mouse to the client (Windows 11), it did not work. When macOS switched to a new language, the client did not respond.

How do I change the language if it doesn't?
