Federico Churca-Torrusio 0
I think having package repositories will make updates easier for Linux users. For example, I am a Debian user. Downloading the package and installing it by hand is within my skills, but it could be faster if it was integrated with the rest of my software updates instead. Provisions exist for setting up authenticated access to deb repositories if needed.
Russell Ault 0
I just want to bump this idea. Having set up my own APT repository on my local network, it's not difficult to do, and it would make staying up-to-date that much easier for your Debian and Ubuntu users. Please consider this! Thanks! -Russ
Aphoid 0
I want to bump this as well. I would love it if my Ubuntu boxes updated automatically via apt. It would also be great if my Mac install checked periodically and threw something up in Notification Center in addition to putting a note at the top of the configuration window (which I never actually see unless I go into Synergy and click "show.")
