Synergy3 on Fedora 38, exclude synergy from upstream repos

I know this is in testing and I'm sure it will be fixed by the first release, so a simple heads up that synergy 3 will be "upgraded" by synergy-1.14.5.17-1.fc38.src.rpm , testers, you want to exclude the package in dnf so it won't be downgraded on update.

Update /etc/dnf/dnf.conf with

exclude=synergy
