I contacted Customer Services mid-December and was told: Quote All our focus are currently on improving Synergy 2 but don't worry as the free copies should be processed within this month. Then within a few hours a CS rep got in touch and sorted out the free copies. Shame it took 2 months but at least it is sorted now. Link to post Share on other sites
