DZubak 0 Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 So I just purchased the pro version and I cannot download. Since I don't see a support link on the site was I suppose to pay the extra 8 Dollars just so that I can get Symless to fix their server? This is the error: <Code>SlowDown</Code> <Message>Please reduce your request rate.</Message> <RequestId>5A49C6A99952729A</RequestId> <HostId>QuQZqX1mBLe0gcLgaLRLblRy6yld09NgWu3Fkc7gIqiklitIlJREbT4vX+Uj3MVHeChZfJmV+ss=</HostId> </Error>  If I can't even get the software downloaded from their broken server than I'll have to charge back the purchase and go with ShareMouse. I bought it now because I want to use it NOW!
