"Login failed, could not communicate with server" on RPi

I have a problem on log in to my account on Raspberry Pi 3 through Wizard. When I choose the option of "Yes, I am a Synergy Premium user, and proud of it!" I type in my Email and password . Then the error message pop out, "Login failed, could not communicate with server". What is the problem? Does anyone know the solution?

same here.  I have to manually input the server IP address EVERYTIME for synergy to work on my RPi Zero
