install asking for a configuration file

just bought the basic version and for the server pc its asking for a configuration file?

anybody know where I would find this please?

I wish I could be of some help, but I am also having problems with my configuration file on my server. Very frustrating when you pay for product, and you come to the forums in search of some help, and no one leaves a reply. I actually bought the pro version of synergy so I could get a direct phone number so I can speak to them whenever I need support, and thier phone number does even work.
