Sharemouse on Mac - Program ends when screen saver kicks in

I am using sharemouse to share a keyboard and mouse between 2 monitors on my PC and my IMac. Everything works fine until I have been off of the IMac and the screen saver kicks in. When I want to go back to the IMac Sharemouse is no longer running. I have to use the IMac keyboard to wake up the mac and then restart completely ShareMouse.

 

Is there some kind of setting that I have missed to keep ShareMouse running all of the time?
