1.8.4 bug in server on Ubuntu: skips monitor

Configuration:

* Client: 1.8.4 stable on Mac OS 10.10 (kitt)

* Server: 1.8.4 stable on Ubuntu 14.04 (i-118283) -- *dual monitor configuration*

 

See server config below. With server on 1.8.3 and client on 1.8.4 all works fine. With both on 1.8.4, mousing left from the client to the server "skips" the right monitor and goes straight to the left monitor. Trying to get back to right monitor from the left results in mouse returning to client.

 

Looking at INFO output when running both server versions in foreground produces no remarkable differences.

Bump. This bug continues to exist in 1.8.6. I'm stuck with 1.8.3 on the server side.
