Synergy 1.8.4: Administrator Powershell Bug

On the client machine (running win10 pro), I cannot use the mouse to interact with Administrator: Windows PowerShell windows. So I cannot click, move, or resize the windows - basically the mouse just doesn't work. The keyboard does work however (I can give the windows focus by selecting it in the taskbar).

 

If I open a non-Administrator PowerShell window, the mouse works as exepected. This seems to be isolated to the PowerShell window opened as Administrator

 

If I use a mouse physically connected to the client, I can interact with the administrator PowerShell window as normal.
