Problem at backquote(`) Key

I can type Backquote(`) key on Server but I can not do it on Client side.

And i also can't use [Alt + ` ], this keystroke used to change IME-mode English to Japanese, so it's problem for me.

I open notepad.exe on client side, and typed [````] and [Alt + ```` ] then nothing has been wrote.

so how can i fix this?
