Keyboard input source switching and switch screen idea

Hello,

 

Two nice features I would like to have:

 

- switch screen only when a key is pressed, like shift or whatever.

- Switch input source on screen change (I use 3 input sources on osx: us, cro and germ) - problem is when I swap to win and input source is not us - the keyboard mapping is bad. Would be great to swap the keyboard input source automatically to us when I go from osx to win screen.
