error: can't allocate region

After upgrading to 1.8.3 (and previously in 1.8.2), when I move my mouse to a different machine, the mouse disappears and I cannot move it back to the server. This does not happen every time but intermittedly.

On checking the logs, I see that when this behavior occurs, the server is crashing and the following logs are added on the server:

One thought: this may have started happening after I replaced my older external monitor with a Samsung 4k monitor. Perhaps Synergy has trouble with the larger display? Just a thought. I'll keep trying to isolate when the error occurs, but it is very frustrating as it stops my work for several seconds.

But let me say I don't know what I'd do without Synergy! It's an amazing boost to my everyday productivity. And the new Mac media controls are terrific!
