upgraded to pro so I could get phone support.... :(

and their number doesn't even work. I am very frustrated that I spent the $20 to upgrade to the "pro" version so I could get direct support and their number does not even work. can anyone please help? :oops:

thanks for the heads up, I bought the software but didn't buy with support, posted something on the forum and no reply yet, was thinking about upgrading to get some support but nevermind.

Thanks for this. I've already emailed them twice for a refund since there's no trial and this doesn't work for my configuration.

 

A fellow user was nice enough to post a "potential" workaround, but it involved running scripts found on github. Sorry, but for $10 if I have to alter config files just to get your product to work, that's a bad sign.

 

I wouldn't expect anyone to end up getting any response either for support or refunds. This is pretty sad.

 

Definitely buyer beware.
