I've already emailed them twice for a refund since there's no trial and this doesn't work for my configuration. A fellow user was nice enough to post a "potential" workaround, but it involved running scripts found on github. Sorry, but for $10 if I have to alter config files just to get your product to work, that's a bad sign. I wouldn't expect anyone to end up getting any response either for support or refunds.
