Albert
When I try to do the auto config, synergy locks up and the window says "Not responding". I am running win 10.

Miguel Ramirez
I am also having the same issue. I am trying to connect my Brand new windows 10 laptop(as a client) to my old windows 7 laptop (the server) and whenever I try to install Bonjour, Synergy crashes on me. can anyone please help? I am also unable to connect the 2 PC's if I make the windows 10 laptop the server, and the windows 7 laptop, the client.

Aiman J. Al-Khazaali
I can verify that this is an issue with Windows10 Pro Anniversary Edition version 1607, build 14393.82 x64bit and Synergy version 1.8.2-stable-36cd521. Please fix, this is clearly an issue and prevents me from reliably using synergy in a network that has short DHCP leases.
Aiman J. Al-Khazaali
SOLVED I looked back through a couple of months posts and determined that the developer is either unaware of the severity of the issue, or just doesn't care, so I found a workaround to install Bonjour from apple as a service that synergy can use. 1. Download the latest version of iTunes from www.apple.com/itunes/download/ 2. View the .exe file in 7Zip as an archive (Do not run it!) 3. Extract the Bonjour(64).msi 4. Install it Afterwards, the Auto config will work, just put the hostname of the server in the "Server IP" box and start it up.. works great.
