F13-F14 keys

Hello. I have a Logitech G510S programmable keyboard, where I've assigned the high function keys F13-F24 to the macro keys. These work fine locally, and other bindings work just fine remotely, but the apparently the high F-keys simply aren't transmitted by Synergy. xev doesn't register any event whatsoever. My synergy server is on a Windows 10, the client is Fedora 22. Ps: VK_F13 sends 0x07c on my system. I see MSWiundowsKeyState.cpp also defines kKeyF13 for 0x17c. That may be a hint. Or not. --Gunnar
