Jenel Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 When you updated your OS, the registration data was lost. This is an easy fix, however. I have included instructions below: Open Synergy Go to FIle > Run Wizard Follow the prompts In the Activation section, enter your Synergy login info (For Pro users) ~OR~ Click on the button labeled "Skip" Click "Continue" Please let me know if I can further assist you.
