Version 1.7.6 causing networking issues

Hi I have version 1.7.6 installed on a MAC(Synergy server) and a Windows-10 client. Synergy running as client causes network connectivity failures regardless of which OS I use. The client machine would randomly stop pinging gateway. This happens every 15-20 minutes and I will lose connectivity. If I restart Synergy, everything comes back to normal. It would be great if team can look into this. Thanks.

I am not sure if this is related. I am also running Synergy 1.7.6 on the Mac as a server and connecting with a Windows 10 client. I have had regular problems when the clipboard is not passed back and forth properly between the two. If I stop and restart Synergy Server on the Mac and Client on the Windows client, it fixes it. Sometimes I found if I just called up the Synergy console on both and watched the messages as I passed my mouse back and forth, it started updating the clipboard properly. Very frustrating. Most recently I just rebooted my Mac and now my mouse is transferring properly, but my keyboard input from the Mac Server side is not reaching the Windows client side. It is basically useless like this. I am running El Capitan 10.11.4. I may have installed a Mac OS X update, but not rebooted until now. So it is possibly related to this, but I am not sure. I cannot see any evidence of problems in the logs, though I am playing with this to see if I can get more details on the interaction.

Weird. It started working again. The only thing I am aware of changing is I updated Java on the Mac Server side. Will post back again if I have clipboard synchronization problems again.

Hi guys, I'm probably making a fool of myself here by posting this. It's been a while since I ran Synergy but I love this application. Used to compile it back when IRIX and Solaris was supported (good times, when's that happening again guys??) But right now my issue is related to this thread, running the latest stable version 1.7.6 on OSX 10.11.4 as Server OR Client, Auto Config OR specifying the Server IP results in the same behaviour - "process exited normally". Might be user error here. But dunno what the frack is up?? There's not much that can go wrong here... Oh, and I've allowed Synergy to control my computer under the Privacy Settings. Also the local firewall is turned off and there's no firewall inbetween. The other computer is an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with the same version of Synergy Pro.
