1.7.4 MSI Installers are missing components

First time user here yet I ran into some issues installing 1.7.4 (both 32-bit and 64-bit) for the first time. Whenever I would execute the synergy application I would get DLL component missing errors like: mingwm10, libgcc_s_dw2-1, qtcore4, qtgui4, qtnetwork4... the list goes on. I then tried the nightly installer and they work! Here's the filelisting of the nightly installer once installed.
