Tilt wheel to scroll left / right

Hi,

I have a Logitech with a middle wheel/button that can tilt left/right.  On my main screen, it scrolls left and right.  (Good for Spreadsheets and OneNote.)  How do I map this to my secondary screens?  I had to add two lines into the sgc file to make the back and forward buttons work on Ubuntu ... and I'm guessing it's something along those lines.

    mousebutton(4) = keystroke(WWWBack) 
    mousebutton(5) = keystroke(WWWForward)
