Omit controller/device (Monogram Creative Console) from being shared to client?

Hi all,

I use a Monogram console ( https://monogramcc.com/ ) and was wondering -- Is there a way to prevent this device from being shared to my client? I sometimes use it for things like controlling music and I always play music from the machine that is running the server.

I don't think it's possible to disable certain devices from transmitting to the client. Essentially because the Monogram console sends input to the operating system, that is where Synergy gets the information to transmit to clients. 

The only workaround I can think of is to swap the Synergy server and client, although I don't think that would be helpful in your use case.
