alvin1234 0 Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 Hi there, I have brought synergy within 1 days, I have started to ask for refund. However the support hasn't got back to me yet. I expect to see an email with the following: 1) We have processed the refund 2) The refund will show up in x working number of days. Reason for refund: 1) Latency is longer than Mouse without border (can feel the lagginess) 2) Doesn't support PC doesn't have admin rights. Tried clipboard feature but doesn't work for me when I used synergyc.exe Too bad you don't have a three days trial for me. Link to post Share on other sites
