Can't click on Cancel/OK (Settings windows too big)

I just updated to the latest version and on my Windows 11 the settings window ( and all windows) are larger than the screen and I am not able to click any of the "Cancel" or "OK.

 

I can't make the resolution any larger and I the display is at 100%.

 

My previous version was working fine.

 

Is there a fix?
