SammyChen 0 Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 Hi, I had installed synergy basic version on my comptuter, and I pay upgrade to PRO for $9 today. I can see the synergy 1 PRO serial number in my account. So I uninstall the synergy basic version, and download pro version, and install it. But I can't enter the new pro serial number, and can't active synergy V1.13.1-->Edit-->Setting-->Enable TLS Encyption. How to upgrade synergy from basic to pro? Link to post Share on other sites
