Synergy2 Auto Configure

I've been using the Synergy and Synergy2 app for some time and am very happy with the product especially the improvements to Synergy 2.
One minor issue that keeps giving me headaches is when one of my devices appears to the auto connect algorithm to be on a different subnet that the device I want to share the Keyboard and mouse with and the two refuse to talk.  

Could you add a feature in your auto config algorithm to keep track and try all IPs (routes, gateways, and Ethernet connections) associated with a device when trying to connect?
