Mouse on client moves in straight lines intermitently

Synergy 1.10.1 on all hosts.

Server = ubuntu 18.04.1
Client = Windows 10
Server to the left of the client
SSL/TLS encryption normally on but issue presents when it is turned off as well.

Frequently the mouse gets stuck moving only horizontally or vertically.  Moving the mouse more violently appears to unstick it or it is just a matter of waiting a bit for it to unstick.

Actually most common is the mouse stops moving to the right but can still move vertically or to the left.

Less common is the mouse stops moving down but can move up or horizontally.

When the server was running on CentOS 7.5 this issue did not present.

Anybody else seen this?
