Can't Renew Corporate Subscription

My Corporate subscription expired and I am trying to renew it. When I click to renew it, it brings me to a page which says this: Thank you for your interest in Synergy Enterprise. We are currently not accepting purchases. I've opened a ticket on the 20th by sending an e-mail to service@synergy-enterprise.com but haven't yet received a reply. Should I give them more time to reply? Thanks, Kristian
