How long before Support responds to an issue?

I selected the Pro version and went through the payment process but the system charged me for the Basic version.

I was pretty clear that I wanted the $39 Pro version.  So I issued a Support ticket and asked.  I am still waiting on a response and my transaction was this past Monday.

It is disappointing that I am still waiting.  I have not downloaded any software and I am getting frustrated that no one but me seems to see a problem here.

I don't like airing the dirty laundry like this but I need an answer or I need my money back.
