Popular Post Churst 2
I have a main workstation with dual 24" 1920x1200 monitors @ 94ppi. I also have a laptop with a 15" UHD screen @ 293ppi. Put simply when I move my mouse pointer from my left 1920 monitor to the smaller 4k monitor there is a massive alteration in the perceived mouse sensitivity. Despite the fact it may well be moving at the same rate across the pixels, the smaller monitor has the same number of horizontal pixels as the two larger ones combined. I have my mouse sensitivity set just the way I like it on my main PC, and equally have my trackpad set up the way I like it on my laptop. It would be great if there were a setting within Synergy to compensate for this going both ways, as I frequently will just reach for whichever device comes most naturally.
