John Straffin Posted March 2, 2018 Share Posted March 2, 2018 In my environment,the names of all the computers I wish to connect start with the same 9 characters. Synergy 2 only shows me the first 8 or 9 characters of the computer in the display, making it impossible for me to visually tell which is which. IT Troll Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 I suggested exactly this some time ago. There are plans to implement an alias feature but this is quite tricky to do. However, I agree that a pop-up tooltip would do the job and should be simply to implement. Currently, if you right-click on a screen you get some options which do include the full name.
