Buck Brady 0
When launching Synergy 1.7.3 for first time after installing on Fedora 22, it reports unable to detect Linux package. This also disabled ssl support. (greyed out)
Ben Koenig 0
You can create a symlink to /usr/bin/false
ln -s /usr/bin/false /usr/bin/dpkg
Once Synergy realizes you don't have dpkg it will download the RPM plugin.
Ben Koenig 0
For anyone still having trouble with plugin downloads. This issue has been fixed for 1.7.4. Nightly builds are available for those who need encryption. SSL encryption is highly recommended for remote control over a network.
