Ian Oh 0
My Surface Pro won't connect to Ubuntu. The Surface is my Server; the Ubuntu the client. The mouse leaves and enters the Ubuntu screen, yet the mouse never "appears". I can't see it ... it may be stuck invisibly in the bottom corner... I can type commands, tab to portions of the menu, but I can't see or select via the mouse. I can see the commands INFO switching and enter and leaving on the Windows screen ... but no real visible presence on the Ubuntu screen. Please help. Thanks.
Ben Koenig 0
Hi, Can you move the mouse around? On a plain Ubuntu desktop with no Windows open you should be able to click and drag a selection box across your wallpaper. That would be kinda cool actually because it would mean your mouse is there but invisible! As opposed to stuck in a corner and useless. Let me know if you see elements of the Desktop highlighting and moving while you whip the mouse around. Also if you have custom mouse cursors and/or software installed that would be very helpful to know.
