1.7.3 SSL crash - manual windows plugin download?

Hi folks, When installing 1.7.3 on Win 7 x64, the plugin download fails as it says the file is in use. I assume (perhaps wrongly) that this is why I'm getting all these horrible SSL errors. Until the installers are fixed, I'm wondering if there's any way to manually download and install the SSL plugins for windows? thanks! alex
