Brandon William Nikula Posted May 14, 2015 Share Posted May 14, 2015 I had posted the issue in the customer support portal 10 days ago and it still hads no response perhaps someone here can help me. After installing the latest verion and attempting to run the wizard it gets to the look up plug in list. downloasing plugin: ns(1/1) and then just stops there. after waiting for 2 hours i just hit cancel because it shouldnt take that long i believe. and now over this last week i am geeting now a watchdog status error and the software is not working at all. any assistance in troubleshooting this issue would be appreciated. thank you.-Brandon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
