2 different computers on 2 different internet connections ?

Hello, Im new to synergy and not super techy. I have 2 computer right next to eachother. I have one connected to my wifi, and the other connected to my mobile hotspot. I need them both to have different internet connections.

 

I am having trouble setting this up, is this even possible, or do both computers need to be on the same network? thank you.
