david collins Posted June 17, 2016 Author Posted June 17, 2016 Latest version of Synergy (1.7.6) for Mac 10.11 is the server. This is my home machine. Latest version of Synergy for Windows (10) 64bit running as a client on my work machine. Setup works fine until I log into work VPN and then the connection drops and times out. Disconnect VPN, the client connects to the server again and works fine. This exact configuration worked since I became a user January 2015. I upgraded because I was tired of seeing the message at the top of the config window and now it's broken. I hope this is just a switch I have to flip somewhere. Please advise.

Brandon Bosse Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Same problem. I need to use a VPN on my Mac to do work. But when I connect to the VPN then Synergy stops working.
Jon Trelfa Posted October 5, 2016 Posted October 5, 2016 Running into the same thing. what's really weird is that it maintains connectivity for a little while; then it suddenly drops. I'm not sure if it's the VPN or if it's the software.
